I saw the cutest mini doughnut pans at Sur La Table a while back and just had to get it. This was my first attempt, using the recipe that came with the pan. The result was just "meh." The chocolate saved it. Next time I want to try the "Vegan Yum Yum" recipe...except I lent the cookbook out and haven't gotten it back!
